Handmade Items:
By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:
-Once the order has been placed, you have 48 hours (if we have not started production) to make any changes to your item. After we send approval pictures, we do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item we create. If we have already started working on your tumbler, the order cannot be cancelled.

-Please be as specific as possible when giving information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your item. We cannot make any changes once you receive your items if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
-Once your item has been delivered, you have 48 hours to contact us if there is any problem with your item caused by an error on our part.
-Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of. A speck or two might find their way on there.
-All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. We strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and minor imperfections may be present. We put our best in everything we create.
